Tropical Sun - Cinnamon Sticks - 30g

Cinnamon, which is the inner bark of an evergreen tree, is an ancient spice that was once used to perfume wealthy Romans. We usually harvest our cinnamon bark during the rainy season, and after it dries, it curls into long quills that we cut into sticks for easy grating. Our Tropical Sun Cinnamon Sticks can be used in both savoury and sweet dishes such as stews and curries (either whole or grated).
