Tropical Sun - Chow Mein Seasoning - 100g

Many people in the Caribbean include Chow Mein in their cuisine, particularly those from Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica, which have a significant ethnic Chinese population; much of the cooking has permeated the population in general.

These chow mein dishes are made in the same way, with green beans, carrots, peas, onions, and occasionally other vegetables. The meat used is mostly chicken, with a little pork and/or prawn thrown in for good measure. The main difference is the addition of local spices, and the dish is frequently served with hot Scotch bonnet peppers and/or pepper sauce.
